Slave Drivers. One of the worst if not the worst places to work. The upper management and even more so, the "owners", should be ashamed of themselves. Personally, I can't figure out how they could look at themselves in the mirror.

Like the previous post run from this airline do not walk! The management running this company is understaffed and under qualified! The compensation is horrible! The Quality of Life is even worse.

Run, do not walk away from this airline. Even if it is the only airline hiring do go here. No work limitations except for the FAA rules. Horrible pay, terrible schedules, and lately, a confrontational relationship between management/dispatch/scheduling and the pilot group. The Dash is a great plane but the maintenance here is getting shadier and shadier by the day.
