Career potential: Used to be good just about a year ago. However in 2008 it has been proven that the investors either do not have the deep pockets or the will to stand behind their creation. This airline is on its own when it comes to survival. QOL: Very good but that could change with the next contract that may bring Pref Bid. Compensation: Mediocre on the FO side especially. Equipment: Awesome. Once you go Airbus, there is no way back.
