This is a mom and pop company masquerading an an airline. Parts are thrown at the ac until fixed. Upgrades are a joke ...thay would rather street hire someone they dont know than upgrade. Senority means nothing. Most pilots are ok to work with. Management are out of touch and seem to forget the reality of working on the backside of the clock. Good luck

Not much flying, lots of time for for captains. Most are fine to fly with. Many street captains have been hired. Seniority doesn't exist. Its a captain's company, F/O's aren't well respected.
Flying is mostly night, some day trips.
Easy schedule for both ATR's and Caravans.
Gives you plenty of "quality of life" time.
All in all its a decent place to work, but not too build hours fast.

Descent company to ride out a downturn in the industry. When staffed do not expect to fly more than 10-15 hrs a month with 200 or more hours of duty. This is not your normal airline. Seniority has no meaning and upgrading is...odd. Company will not hesitate to hire street captains without bidding upgrade to F.O.'s. Most career Captains have never worked (or aren't capable of getting hired) at another airline. Those that have are a treat to fly with. All in all, its an okay place to be. More than likely the new duty/rest requirements will make this "okay" airline a terrible place to work.
Airplanes are maintained excellently as FedEx funds mtx. Parts are thrown at a problem until it is fixed.
Salary is below average but justified by amount of time off. Captains get a week off after three weeks, floater F.O.'s get a week after 5 weeks and based F.O.'s get a week after 10 weeks.
Moral seems to be continuously alternating between low and kinda low.
